Exchange & Returns Policy

RETURN POLICY: 

We will gladly accept any regular priced item that is unused & unopened. Item must be in the same condition that you received it with original packaging & resellable condition.

Return Policy Only Lasts till 3 Days, after three Days, We Will Not Be Able to Offer You Refund or Exchange.

If Broken Product Is Received, Kindly Email Us – support@shoppables.in or WhatsApp at  +91-8882415558 With the Invoice or Bill or order number Within 24 Hours of Receiving.

If You Have Received the Wrong Product, Kindly Send Us the Image & The Invoice So That We Can Assist You Well. Items Will Only Be Accepted with The Proof of Purchase i.e., Invoice Or E-Bill.

There Is NO REFUND on Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders. You Will Be Eligible Only to Buy Another Product for The Same Price or More. (Added Amount Will Be Paid by The Customer.)

REQUIREMENT FOR RETURNS

Order ID Issued by Shoppables.

Returned Product Must Be in Its Original Packaging Without Any Missing or Damaged Parts.

Used, Scratched or Damaged Product Will Not Be Accepted.

 

Shipping & Handling Fees Is Non-Refundable.

Refund Process Can Take Unto 5-7 Working Days After the Item Is Received.

Adding A Tracking ID with Delivery Confirmation Is Highly Recommended to Ensure Your Return.

If You Are Not Satisfied with The Product Then You Are Eligible to Buy Another Product for The Same Price or More. (No Refund Policy in This Case.)

EXCHANGE POLICY:

No Need to Worry If You Have Ordered A Wrong Product or You Want an Exchange.

Kindly Send Us the Image or The Product with The Invoice. Make Sure That the Product Is in The Same Packaging & Original Condition.

If We Have Sent You A Wrong Product Then the Reverse Pickup Will Be Done for Free of Cost. Shipping of The Replaced Product Will Also Be Free of Cost.

If We Have Sent You the Exact Product Which You Have Ordered Then Return Shipping Will Be at The Buyer’s Cost.

This Process Can Take Around 5-7 Working Days Depending Upon the Current Circumstances & Location of The Customer.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

 

If the Damaged Product Is Received, It Must Be Reported Within 24 Hours of Delivery. It Should Be in Its Original Packaging.

In Case of a Refund, ₹ 100/- Handling Charges Will Be Deducted from The Order Amount If Pick Up Is Arranged. If the Customer Is Ready to Courier the Product to The Return Address, Then There Will Be No Deduction and Full Amount Will Be Refunded Through Available Methods.

REFUNDS CAN TAKE AROUND 5-7 WORKING DAYS TO PROCESS. CUSTOMER’S BANK DETAILS (PREFERRED) WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROCESS THE REFUND ON TIME.
