REFUND POLICY

We offer 1 Day refund in case of Wrong or Faulty Product delivered on all products.

  • Refund should be requested within 24 hours of delivering the product. Email us at Support@shoppables.in or WhatsApp.
  • It is mandatory to make a video which starts from unpacking/unboxing the parcel and the box inside so that details related to the product you wish to return or replace can be captured easily without any hassles. As part of this policy, we do not entertain any requests of return or replacement in case the complete video is not shared with us.
  • The product should be in intact condition (As it was delivered to you).
  • The product should not be used.
  • The protective film should not be removed.
  • Order ID & Invoice should be available.
  • Refund will only be eligible if the product received in reverse pickup clears our quality check process.
  • Refund amount will be transferred within 48-72 hours after clearing the quality check process.
  • In case of COD orders, the amount will be refunded as Store Credit which can be redeemed within one year from issuance.
  • Non-qualifying returns include any item(s) marked on "Sale" or sold as a "BOGO" offer.
  • Store Credit may be offered in place of refund. You will get 100Rs extra if you Opt-in the store credit option. 

 

Store Credit Conditions:

  1. Store Credit can only be used on orders associated with your original account. This means, Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
  2. Store Credit will be automatically applied to any purchases made on www.shoppables.in
  3. Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the balance due.
  4. Orders with a subtotal within (Minimum price Rs.399 and Maximum price Rs.5999) these ranges will be eligible to pay with Cash on Delivery.

Expiration

Unused Store Credit expires 12 months from the date of issuance.

Note:

The customer will not be eligible for refund in the following conditions:

  • Self Placed Wrong Order (eg. Ordered wrong model or product).
  • Not same as Advertised.
  • Purchased from local store or another website.
